We built Bring Close to print family memories, so we treat your photos the way we would want ours treated.

What we keep and why

Your photos and the finished magnet files, only to print and ship your order. Your name, email and shipping addresses (yours and any gift recipients'), to deliver your order and send you updates. If you turn on yearly reminders, the recipient's first name and the date you chose.

How long

Photos and print files are deleted automatically 30 days after your order ships. Order records (what you bought and where it went) are kept for tax and accounting.

Who sees them

Only us, while printing and packing. We never sell your data and never use your photos in marketing unless you clearly say yes. Payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see your card number.

Your choices

Reply to any of our emails to ask us to delete your photos early, stop reminders, or see what we have about you.
